Introduction


These High-Protein Pizza Roll-Ups are the perfect way to enjoy a pizza-inspired meal while hitting your protein goals. Made with high-protein wraps, lean turkey, and gooey cheese, these roll-ups are quick, delicious, and great for busy moms who need a satisfying, protein-packed meal!


Ingredients

• 2 high-protein tortillas (at least 15g protein per wrap)

• 6 oz lean ground turkey or shredded grilled chicken

• ½ cup sugar-free pizza sauce

• ½ cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

• ¼ cup ricotta cheese (adds creaminess & extra protein)

• ¼ tsp garlic powder

• ¼ tsp Italian seasoning

• ¼ tsp salt

• ¼ tsp black pepper

• 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

• 1 tsp olive oil (for cooking)


Instructions

1. Cook the Turkey:Heat olive oilin a skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutesuntil fully browned. Stir in pizza sauceand remove from heat.

2. Assemble the Roll-Ups:Lay out protein tortillasand spread a thin layer of ricotta cheese. Add the cooked turkey mixtureand sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

3. Roll & Bake:Roll up tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheeseand bake at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese melts and the edges are crispy.
